Xiphodius.eu is a personal project operated by Xiphodius, a variety streamer and achievement hunter. The platform provides broadcaster tools including a loyalty token system, bot commands, stream overlays, and the Xiphodius Pro feature set. The site is not affiliated with Twitch Interactive, Ko-fi, or any game publisher.
Xiphodius.eu uses Twitch OAuth 2.0 to authenticate broadcasters. When you connect your Twitch account, you are redirected to Twitch's own login page and sign in there directly. We never see, receive, or store your Twitch password — not at any point in the process.

You can revoke this access at any time via Twitch → Settings → Connections. Revoking access will immediately invalidate your session on this site.

We do not collect payment details. All payments are processed by Ko-fi directly; we only receive a webhook notification confirming the subscription was processed.

Xiphodius Pro is a monthly subscription sold through Ko-fi under the membership tier "Xiphodius Pro". By subscribing you unlock premium features in the admin panel as configured at the time of your subscription.
We reserve the right to revoke or suspend Pro access — without refund — if we determine, at our sole discretion, that a subscriber is:
Where possible we will provide a warning before taking action. In cases of serious or repeated violations we may act immediately without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change the price of the Xiphodius Pro subscription at any time. If pricing changes, we will update the Ko-fi membership page accordingly. Existing subscribers will not be retroactively charged the new price mid-cycle — the new price will apply on your next Ko-fi renewal after the change is published.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers of price changes via a notice on this site or in the admin panel, with at least 14 days' advance notice.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove features from any tier — including Pro — at any time. We will not remove a core feature without reasonable notice. We are not liable for any indirect losses arising from a feature change or outage.
We also reserve the right to move features that are currently free into the Pro tier in the future, with reasonable notice to existing users.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity arising from your use of this platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For significant changes — particularly those affecting the Pro subscription — we will provide notice in the admin panel.
